The ADR as 1st Career blog celebrates the stories of individuals who successfully launched a career in Alternative Dispute Resolution right after, or soon after, graduating with an advanced degree. Over 50 individuals have shared their stories dispelling the myth that you must first establish a reputation and expertise in another substantive area before starting out in ADR. These individuals practice in diverse areas with diverse positions and titles, and they all love what they do.
If you are interested in starting a career in dispute resolution, we are here to support you. #ItIsPossible
The videos are presented as a playlist on YouTube. The playlist starts with the three individuals who participated in a panel discussion sparking the idea of a blog (Alyson Carrel, Donna Erez-Navot, and Tracey Frisch) and then proceeds in reverse chronological order with the most recent videos at the top. Want to navigate in a different order? Just select the three lines at the top right-hand corner of the video and a list of all available videos will appear.
